Cancellation of a booking must be made in written form, by sending us cancellation email or messages. We will not regard a booking as canceled unless and until written notice is received by us. On cancellation the following charges will apply

The vehicle type is Carnival or Starex (9-seater van) for the group of 2~7 people, minibus for the group of 8~13 people, bus for the group of 14~40 people.
The tour schedule is based on 10hours per day. (From 09:00AM-19:00PM) The itinerary stated in the voucher can change depending on the field situation. Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed every Tuesday. Gyeongbokgung Palace will be replaced to Changdeokgung Palace on Tuesdays.
Meal menu can change depending on the field situation. If dinner is not included, you can request to add as an option. However, all dinner fee is to be paid on your own expense and you need to provide the meal for a guide as well. Please note that there will be overtime charge of USD30/hour (Vehicle + Tour guide) after the 10 hours. The guide can recommend restaurants.
There can be a change in the price if you request for the different room type.
By agreeing to use our tour service, you are accepting personal responsibility for any liability, injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with the participation of the tour. There will be no refund once the tour begins according to our cancellation regulation

Tip for tour guide or driver depends on how much you were satisfied with our tour service. We do not force any compulsory tipping. In case of any request for changes in the room type or bed type, additional cost may occur.
