FAQ

After checking your tour inquiry, tour consultant will be arranged and our tour operator will send you the itinerary and quotation as soon as possible.

After you give the tour confirmation to us and make a down payment (Paypal or Bank transfer) we will send you the confirmation voucher with full details.

Right after receiving your tour inquiry we assign the tour consultant. You will receive a reply within 12 hours. In case you cannot receive the reply in 12 hours we will send you a notification.

You can change the itinerary if you requested for a customized tour.

PayPal

- We will send you the PayPal link through Email or messenger. (For PayPal payment, there will be additional 4% charge as a PayPal commission fee)

Bank Transfer

- You can make a money transaction to our company’s account. YGC KOREA TRAVEL’s account information is as per below. (Bank remittance fee is at your own expense)

Cash

- Upon arrival at the airport, you can make the payment to the tour guide. We will send you more details after the tour is confirmed. However, down payment cannot be paid by cash.

The driver or the tour guide will be waiting at your flight’s exit gate. We will give the driver or the tour guide’s contact number and name in the confirmation voucher once the tour is confirmed.

If you give us notes on the type of guide you would like to have (Gender, age, personality)

Yes, you can. Please notify us what kind of meal menu you would like to have when you submit your tour inquiry. YGC endeavors to provide the best meals to our customers.

Yes, you can. Please inform us which hotel you want to stay in. We will check and let you know the availability and the rates.

YGC KOREA TRAVEL does not force any compulsory tipping. It is up to customers to give tips to the guide or driver.

YGC KOREA TRAVEL does not force any shopping stops and we do not include any of those shopping stops in your tour itinerary.

We are very sorry, but we do not provide any visa related services.

Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing or email. We will not regard a booking as cancelled unless and until written notice is received by us. On cancellation the following charges will apply: Days prior to trip / Percentage of trip refund
